- Attendees must be registered for the XIV Peruvian Congress of Geology - at least for one day - in order to be eligible to sign up for a course or a field trip.
- The registration fee covers the expenses of the manuals, the work and/or information material for each course or field trip.
- Attendance Certificates shall be awarded to courses or field trips participants. Registration to the event does not grant the right to a Certificate. Should a registered participant not attend, the course or field trip materials will be available for the interested party at the SGP headquarters.
- The maximum and minimum number of people for each course or field trip will be previously established. The Organizing Committee shall reject applicant registrations that exceed the pre established limits.
- Registration fees of attendees who cancel their participation to the event shall not be reimbursed. Name changes of attendees will be accepted in this case.
- The Organizing Committee has the right to cancel courses or field trips in the following cases:
- If the minimum number of vacancies has not been filled up to the registration deadline.
- If conditions prevail beyond the control of the Organizing Committee that jeopardize the safety of the attendees.
- Attendees who wish to visit mining units must comply with internal safety rules and standards and must pass the tests mandated by each unit. Relevant information will be provided before each field trip. Attendees who disregard the rules will not be allowed to go on the field trip.
- Attendees who go on a field trip will have the corresponding travel and / or transportation insurance policies.
